Yes. We provide free demo classes so you can experience the teaching style before subscribing.

What’s the subscription period and can I extend it?

Access is via a 45-day subscription. You can renew anytime; your progress is preserved on the same account.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account remains inactive but your learning history stays linked to your login. If you return later, you can pick up where you left off. (You can also request data deletion via support.)

What is the purpose of MOH, DHA, HAAD, and NHRA exams?

These exams assess the professional competence of healthcare practitioners who wish to work in government or private healthcare facilities within the respective jurisdictions.

Can one license be used across all UAE emirates?

Each authority (MOH, DHA, and HAAD) issues its own license, valid only in that region:
• MOH → Valid in Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah
• DHA → Valid only in Dubai
• HAAD/DOH → Valid only in Abu Dhabi
However, there is a Unified Healthcare License System (UHLS) initiative that allows license transfer between authorities under certain conditions.

What are the eligibility criteria for these exams?

• Recognized medical or healthcare degree (MBBS, BSc Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.)
• Relevant work experience (usually 2 years minimum for most positions)
• Valid professional registration or license from the home country
• Good Standing Certificate from previous regulatory body

Can I convert or transfer my license between authorities?

Yes, license transfer or conversion is possible between MOH, DHA, and DOH under specific rules — you may not need to retake the exam, but verification and eligibility checks still apply.
However, NHRA (Bahrain) license cannot be directly transferred from UAE; you must apply separately.

What is the difference between eligibility letter and license?

• Eligibility Letter: Issued after passing the exam, allowing you to find a job in the region.
• License: Issued once you are sponsored by a healthcare facility and your job offer is approved.
