2. Acceptance of Terms

   By downloading, installing, or using the SNL mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the App.

5. Subscription & Access

   • Access to educational content is restricted to users with an active subscription, which must be purchased through our official website.
   • No in-app payments are collected.
   • Subscriptions are linked to your account and are non-transferable.
   • Once the subscription expires, access to premium content will be automatically revoked.

6. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

   All content, including videos, images, quizzes, and source code, is protected by copyright and is provided exclusively for the registered user’s educational purposes.

   You may not modify, alter, replace, copy, distribute, or otherwise use the content in any way not expressly authorized by SNL Academy.

   • Share any content externally without written permission
   • Record, screenshot, download, or distribute the videos
   • Reverse engineer or clone the app’s content or functionality

   The content is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal learning use only.

7. User Conduct

   You agree not to:

   • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

   • Harass or threaten other users.
   • Circumvent technical protections (including screen recording restrictions).

8. Screen Recording & Tampering Restriction

   For content protection and copyright compliance, screen recording, mirroring, and similar activities are strictly forbidden. The app may use technical restrictions (e.g., disabling screen recording via OS-level flags) to enforce this.

9. Termination and Suspension

    Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice and may lead to legal action.

    SNL Academy makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. We are not liable for:

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissue, Kerala, India, and you agree to submit to such jurisdiction regardless of your location.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNL Academy from claims arising from your misuse of the App.
