Dr. Nowfel P M is currently working as an assistant professor in Kerala, India has rich experience in all fields of nursing. During his career, he has served in various capacities from staff nurse, to clinical instructor and currently as an assistant professor. He has published various nursing articles in national and international journals. He has delivered lectures as a guest speaker & organized many workshops and also worked as a resource person in many workshops and seminars.

He started a YouTube channel named Simple Nursing Lectures focused on empowering weak students by delivering simple lectures with suitable examples, which helps to cut the stress and confusion of nursing students with proven teaching methods that guarantee understanding.
